Udhaar app facilitates recharge of mobile numbers/DTH from the mobile app.Udhaar works with BBPS- Bharat Bill Payment System for the bill payments via BillAvenue. All sales of prepaid recharge on the Udhaar app are final with no refund or exchange
You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which you purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases.

Udhaar is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or data card information. 

For any transaction done on the platform where money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge/bill payment is not delivered within 72 hours of the completion of the transaction, then we automatically process the refund which gets credited generally in 7-10 days.. 


In case where you have not received an update from our side, Please reach out to us us by sending an e mail to our customer services help@udhaar.co or via the app/Social  
mentioned in the app and website. We will investigate the incident and, if there is any refund due, we shall process the same and update you. We try our best to make sure you don’t face issues in our services and continue to improve them as we grow.
